Declarations of Conformity under the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR)

Since 12 August 2026, Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR) has applied directly in all Member States, replacing the previous Packaging Directive 94/62/EC. It requires manufacturers and economic operators placing packaging on the market to draw up an EU declaration of conformity for each packaging and to make it available to downstream economic operators and to market surveillance authorities.

On this page we provide the declarations of conformity for all packaging materials we use to ship our air filters – from cartons, edge protectors and pallets to stretch and protective films, adhesive tapes and labels. Each declaration documents the material type and material code in accordance with Decision 97/129/EC, the intended use and recycled content, the standards applied (DIN EN 13427 et seq.), compliance with the heavy metal limit of 100 mg/kg (sum of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium) as well as the requirements arising from REACH and the PFAS restriction under Art. 5 PPWR.

The documents are available as PDF downloads and can be used directly for your own compliance documentation, for audits or in response to market surveillance enquiries. We update them whenever materials, supplier information or legal requirements change – the version published here is always the authoritative one. The corresponding technical documentation is kept available for inspection.

If you have any questions regarding an individual declaration, please contact our Quality Assurance department: info@luftfilterbau.de
