Data Centers – Clean Air for Maximum Operational Reliability and Energy Efficiency

Data centers are the backbone of the digital infrastructure. Maximum availability, optimal energy efficiency, and long-term operational reliability are key priorities. One often underestimated but critical factor is the quality of the supply air: particles, corrosive gases, and molecular contaminants can significantly shorten the service life of sensitive IT components and negatively affect the energy consumption of the entire facility.

We develop and manufacture high-efficiency air filtration solutions specifically designed to meet the requirements of modern data centers. Our HEPA and ULPA filtration solutions have been established in microelectronics manufacturing for many years – including ISO Class 1 cleanrooms used in wafer production. We consistently transfer this expertise to the operation of large data centers, implementing filtration concepts that combine maximum filtration efficiency with minimal pressure drop.

For supply air filtration in data centers, we offer energy-optimized compact and high-efficiency particulate filter solutions such as HS-Alpha Pak, HS-Beta Pak, HS-Mikro Pak 4V PPE, and HS-AirSynErgy. These solutions provide reliable protection for IT infrastructure, reduce the ingress of fine dust, and extend maintenance intervals while maintaining low operating costs throughout the entire lifecycle.

In addition to particulate filtration, molecular contaminants are becoming increasingly important, particularly with regard to the corrosion of electronic components. Alongside our mechanical filters, we therefore offer molecular filtration solutions based on activated carbon and chemisorptive sorption media. These systems effectively remove gaseous contaminants from the supply air and help ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.

Furthermore, we develop customized filtration solutions when required – for example for special environmental conditions or autonomous systems operating offshore or off-grid. Our goal is to provide a technically sophisticated, energy-efficient, and future-proof filtration solution for every application within the data center environment.
