HS-Mikroseal JK

The HS-Mikroseal JK filter cartridge is designed for general filtration applications involving the removal of airborne particles. Its compact design makes it particularly suitable for applications where minimum installation space is required at moderate airflow rates.

In addition to a wide range of supply and exhaust air applications, a typical field of use is pressure equalisation filtration for wells and drinking water and purified water systems, where incoming and outgoing air must be reliably filtered to prevent particle contamination.

Depending on the application requirements, moisture-resistant glass fibre media, meltblown nonwoven media or ePTFE membranes are used as filter media. The filter media pack is securely protected against environmental influences by a corrosion-resistant stainless steel frame (1.4301 / AISI 304), while the foamed-in-place polyurethane gasket ensures a leak-tight seal.

The hygiene-optimised design also allows the filter cartridge to be used in applications with demanding hygiene requirements. The standard version achieves filter class H14 according to EN 1822. Alternatively, the HS-Mikroseal JK is available in ePM1 60%, ePM1 85%, E11, H13 and U15 versions, with ePTFE filter media used for the U15 version.

All filters of class H13 and higher are individually tested in accordance with EN 1822 / ISO 29463.
